The Rockwood 555.26D lever extension flush bolt has a brass satin chrome plated finish (Rockwood/BHSM number US26D/626), meets American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A156.16: L04251 and A115 door and frame preparation specifications, and is used to secure a pair of fire-rated 3-hour swinging hollow metal doors up to 10' high x 4' wide. The flush bolt is installed in the door so that the latch lies flush with the door's surface. The face plate measures 6-3/4" high x 1" wide; the strike measures 2-1/4" high x 15/16" wide; and the guide measures 2" high x 1" wide. The rod has a length of 12" when retracted, and it has a 3/4" bolt throw, 3/4" rod backset, and 1-1/2" adjustable bolt head.
