Derby Originals Horse Fleece/Cooler & Blanket Liner with Neck Cover is an excellent and affordable option for the horse owner looking for a lightweight, breathable, moisture-wicking, and comfortable sheet that is ideal in all seasons and extremely versatile. These coolers/blanket liners are ideal for many applications such as: using after a bath or hard ride to absorb excess water/sweat and dry your horse off without the risk of overheating, using in cool or fluctuating weather to keep your horse warm without overheating, putting on your horse before a show to keep their coat clean, or using as an underlayer beneath another blanket to provide extra warmth during cold weather. These fleece blankets can be cleaned by taking a soft dandy brush and flicking away excess dirt, hair, and bedding until the blanket is clean. If a deeper clean is needed, this fleece sheet can be hand washed in cool water using horse-safe detergent. Please be aware that the fleece may bleed color, and washing in a machine is not recommended as the fleece can become damaged or shrink. These fleece sheets should be air dried only.
