These PYREXPLUS-coated culture tubes have a protective PVC coating for longer product life and safety. This protective coating helps prevent glass from shattering and reduces spills. Tubes are autoclavable at 121°C and resistant to thermal shock. Do not place over direct heat or flame or dry heat above 110°C. They are supplied with deep-form threaded phenolic caps fabricated from a special formula resistant to the effects of temperature and steam in autoclaving and have glued-in, white rubber liners.
- Made of borosilicate glass code 7740 with a protective PYREXPLUS coating that helps prevent glass from shattering and reduces spills
- Non-sterile; has a round bottom
